Product Overview

The Q41F-300LB type A105 full bore national standard high-pressure integral forged ball valve are primarily used for cutting off or connecting media, and can also be used for fluid regulation and control. Depending on the material selected, they are suitable for various media such as water, steam, oil, liquefied gas, natural gas, coal gas, acetic acid, oxidizing media, urea, and more.

Performance Characteristics

• Small fluid resistance: Ball valves have the smallest fluid resistance among all types of valves, and even reduced-bore ball valves exhibit significantly low fluid resistance.
• The switch is quick and convenient. As long as the valve stem is turned 90°, the ball valve completes the fully open or fully closed action, making it easy to achieve rapid opening and closing.
• Good sealing performance. The sealing ring of the ball valve seat is generally made of elastic materials such as polytetrafluoroethylene, which is easy to ensure sealing. Moreover, the sealing force of the ball valve increases with the increase of medium pressure.
• The valve stem is sealed reliably. When the ball valve is opened or closed, the valve stem only rotates, so the packing seal of the valve stem is not easily damaged, and the sealing force of the valve stem’s reverse seal increases with the increase of medium pressure.
• The ball valve only requires a 90° rotation for opening and closing, making it easy to achieve automatic control and remote control. The ball valve can be equipped with pneumatic devices, electric devices, hydraulic devices, pneumatic-hydraulic linkage devices, or electro-hydraulic linkage devices.
• The ball valve passage is flat and smooth, making it less prone to medium deposition, and suitable for pipeline ball passing.
