The Q41H-16C cast steel soft seal two-piece ball valve adopts an elastic metal valve seat structure with automatic compensation function. Under normal closing conditions, it ensures contact between the sealing surface of the ball and the sealing surface of the valve seat. Under high-temperature conditions, it can effectively compensate for the thermal expansion of the internal components, avoiding jamming caused by high temperatures. The surface of the ball is specially hardened, and the valve seat is entirely made of special hard materials or partially welded with hard alloy materials, ensuring a suitable hardness difference between the sealing pairs. It operates flexibly under high-temperature conditions and the sealing surfaces are not easily scratched. It is particularly suitable for media with high temperatures and containing various dust and solid particles.
