Characteristics of integral forging ball valve:
- Integral structure of valve body：Strong structural rigidity, not easy to cause deformation and leakage.

- Precise control of small flow rate: By machining the special O-ring opening of the small caliber valve core, precise control of the small Cv value can be achieved.
- Double wear-resistant gaskets: When the ball valve shaft rotates, the friction between the shaft, valve body, and gasket is converted into friction between the gaskets, reducing the friction force of the ball valve during use and increasing its service life.
- Spring washer: Increased the pre tightening force of the nut, making the connection of the ball valve more secure.
- Anti static device: By the action of the spring and ball on the valve shaft, the valve shaft, ball core, and valve body are connected together, thereby releasing the accumulated static electricity between the valve shaft, ball core, and valve body, making the use of ball valves in hazardous areas such as petroleum and chemical industries safer.
- Fireproof setting: When the ball valve encounters a large fire and the soft sealed valve seat is burned, a fireproof chamfer is designed between the ball and the connecting body to prevent leakage through direct hard sealing, thus providing protection.
