In the printing and dyeing industry, the printing and dyeing process of fabrics and leather usually uses printing and dyeing media containing highly corrosive components, such as formic acid, hydrogen peroxide, and granular dyeing aids.
Ordinary stainless steel ball valves are often prone to wear, corrosion, leakage and other disadvantages in these environments. Ruiward Valve has successfully launched the VQ41-16 ball valve suitable for printing and dyeing. The ball undergoes special treatment processes such as ultra-high temperature sintering at 1680 ℃ or 2200 ℃ and precision machining. In the printing and dyeing industry, it exhibits excellent wear resistance and corrosion resistance characteristics.
Technical features
The core and seat of the hard sealed ball valve are precision machined to ensure complete fit when they rotate relative to each other, thereby achieving reliable sealing effect and ensuring durability.
The precise fitting design between the ball core and the valve seat enables smooth opening and closing functions when they rotate relative to each other.
Design standard
Carefully designed for printing and dyeing processes, the sealing ring is made of tetrafluoroelastomer material to ensure wear resistance and corrosion resistance. Ball valves can resist the wear of particles and impurities, as well as the corrosion of media such as acetic acid, formic acid, and hydrogen peroxide.
Ruiward Valve’s ball valve products have been widely promoted and applied in the printing and dyeing industry.
