Ruiward sanitary grade sheet ball valve is a hot selling product in the current market and an indispensable key fluid control component in the modern pharmaceutical industry. Its design, materials, and manufacturing process fully comply with the strict requirements of drug production, aiming to ensure the safety, purity, and efficacy of the drug.
The Ruiward disc ball valve is composed of a valve body structure consisting of an end cap (connecting pipeline) and an intermediate valve body (including ball core and seal) connected by long bolts.
The advantageous features are very significant:
- Fully detachable: The valve body can be easily disassembled for thorough on-site cleaning and sterilization, ensuring no residue or dead corners and meeting the strict requirements of GMP.
- Convenient maintenance: There is no need to remove the entire valve from the pipeline. Simply loosen the bolts to replace the internal ball core, valve seat, and seals, greatly reducing maintenance costs and downtime.
- Excellent sealing performance: PTFE is usually used as the valve seat seal to ensure zero leakage even under frequent switching and temperature changes.
- Materials meet hygiene standards: Valve bodies, ball cores, and other overcurrent components are usually made of 304/316L stainless steel, and the surface is treated with electric polishing or mechanical polishing to achieve extremely low roughness (usually Ra ≤ 0.8 µ m), preventing microbial adhesion and residue.
- Diverse connection methods: We provide internationally recognized sanitary grade connection methods, such as clamp type, threaded type, welded type, and flange type, which are easy to integrate into various fluid systems.
Specific application scenarios:
- Process water system: Distribution and circulation system for purified water and injection water. Used for switching, isolating, and discharging pipelines to ensure the purity and sterility of water quality.
- Clean process pipelines: pipelines for transporting and distributing culture media, buffer solutions, and reagents.
- Transfer of product process fluids, such as the flow of liquid medicine between different reaction tanks, mixing tanks, and storage tanks.
- Biological fermentation and cell culture: In the inlet and outlet pipelines of fermentation tanks and bioreactors, valves are required to withstand high temperature sterilization and maintain absolute sterility for material addition, sampling, and harvesting.
- Filtration system: Installed before and after membrane filtration equipment such as microfiltration, ultrafiltration, and nanofiltration, it is used for process control and isolation, facilitating the disassembly and integrity testing of filters.
- Filling and batching system: On the aseptic filling line, it is used to connect the batching tank and the filling machine’s pipeline, accurately controlling the supply of medicinal liquids.
