Performance Characteristics

• No maintenance, adjustment, or lubrication is required. It is easy to install and operates reliably with low operating costs. The surface is treated with powder coating technology, providing a glossy and beautiful appearance. There is no external leakage or other issues. The valve body is of welded construction, making the valve lightweight and easy to insulate. The installation and adjustment mechanism is very simple, and the operating handle can be removed and installed in the opposite direction.
• Since the valve seat is composed of a carbon fiber-reinforced Teflon sealing ring and a Belleville spring, it exhibits strong adaptability to changes in pressure and temperature, and will not exhibit any leakage within the specified pressure and temperature ranges.
• The processing of the sphere is tracked and detected by a highly accurate computer detector, ensuring high processing precision.
• Since the valve body material is the same as the pipeline material, there will be no uneven stress, nor will there be deformation due to earthquakes or vehicles passing over the ground. The pipeline is resistant to aging.
• Integral fully welded structure, featuring equal and variable diameter channels, utilizing both fixed and floating balls, a dual-piston effect sealing system, and automatic sealant-injected bearings.
• To prevent static electricity, steel balls and springs are installed between the valve stem and the ball, as well as between the valve stem and the packing box, ensuring conductivity between all valve components and the valve body. This allows current to pass through a specific area, releasing static electricity. This not only prevents fires but also prevents corrosion, enabling temporary shutoff for timely maintenance.
• The anti-drop function of the valve stem is designed because the valve stem is always subjected to a force that tends to cause it to detach due to the pressure inside the valve. Therefore, the valve stem is designed with an anti-drop structure.
• Use a thrust washer made of low-friction material to support and direct the pressure towards the valve stem, allowing the valve stem to solely function as a torque transmitter.
