The Q48F/Q49F forged steel flange extension rod three-way ball valve is composed of an intelligent actuator with angular travel series and a three-way ball valve. It is a rotary flow direction switching valve. The three-way ball valve has the advantages of tight closure, compact structure, light weight, and easy maintenance. Three way ball valves are widely used in pipeline automation control for corrosive media such as gas, liquid, steam, and oil. The three-way ball valve can switch the flow direction of the medium in the pipeline. It can also connect or close two perpendicular channels. The four seat sealed three-way ball valve has a beautiful appearance, compact and reasonable structure. The three-way ball valve can not only switch the flow direction of the medium, but also connect the three channels to each other. Currently, it can also close any channel and connect the other two channels, flexibly controlling the merging or splitting of the medium in the pipeline.

Performance Characteristics

The three-way ball valve has two seat and four seat structural forms, and the valve core hole has two structural forms: Type 1 and Type 1. By controlling the rotation angle of the valve core and changing the connection state between the valve core hole and the pipeline port, different combinations of control for the three branch pipelines can be achieved.
The two seat sealed three-way ball valve has the characteristics of compact structure, beautiful appearance, and good sealing performance. It can switch the flow direction of the medium in the pipeline. Two mutually perpendicular channels can also be used to connect or close.
The four seat sealed three-way ball valve has the characteristics of beautiful appearance, compact and reasonable structure. It can switch the flow direction of the medium, connect the three channels to each other, and also close any one channel to connect the other two channels, flexibly controlling the merging or splitting of the medium in the pipeline.
Valve core type I pipeline can connect or cut off three positive pipelines to each other, playing a role in diversion and merging. Type 1 pipeline connects two orthogonal pipelines to cut off the other pipeline, changing the flow direction of the medium.
It can control liquid nitrogen, liquid ammonia, liquid oxygen, liquid neon, gas, liquid, vapor media, and is more suitable for controlling high viscosity, fiber and particle like fluids.
