The Q347F-16C cast steel natural gas turbine flange fixed ball valve is a new type of trunnion ball valve developed by Ruiward Valve Company, utilizing precision casting technology for the valve body and valve cover combined with the ball assembly. It boasts notable advantages such as short structural length, light weight, convenient installation, and material savings. The valve seat adopts an elastic sealing structure, ensuring reliable sealing and easy opening and closing. It is equipped with a fire-resistant structure, providing reliable operation and excellent sealing performance. Additionally, it features an anti-static structure to eliminate the impact of static electricity. A 90° switch with a perforated positioning plate is installed, which can be locked as needed to prevent misoperation. It is suitable for use on various pipelines with Class150, PN1.0~2.5MPa, and operating temperatures ranging from 29~180℃ (with reinforced polytetrafluoroethylene sealing rings) or 29~300℃ (with p-xylene sealing rings). It is used to cut off or connect the medium in pipelines. Depending on the selected material, it can be applied to various media such as water, steam, oil, nitric acid, acetic acid, oxidizing media, urea, and more.

It provides elastic clearance for the ball during rotation, ensuring uniform operating torque without jamming and smoother switching;
9. The unique valve body structure is organically combined with the valve seat and the ball. When the valve is fully open or fully closed, the sealing surfaces of the ball and the valve seat are completely isolated from the medium, which prevents erosion of the valve sealing surface and extends the service life;
10. The design of the sinking gland allows for micro-adjustment of the compression amount of the packing part, making maintenance more convenient;
