The Q347F worm gear stainless steel three piece fixed forged steel ball valve is a three part connection forged steel fixed ball valve. It divides the valve body into three parts along the section perpendicular to the valve channel axis at the two valve seat positions. The entire valve is symmetrical left and right along the central axis of the valve stem. It is mainly used in pipelines to cut off, distribute, and change the direction of medium flow. Performance Characteristics

• Unique valve seat sealing structure: The valve seat adopts a front sealing design structure, which has bidirectional sealing and automatic pressure relief function in the middle chamber. The sealing seat embedded with sealing material is floating and loaded by a spring. When in the closed position, the sealing surface always maintains close contact with the ball, ensuring that the valve can achieve leakage sealing under high and low pressure differentials.
• Automatic pressure relief structure: When there is an abnormal increase in pressure in the middle chamber, the single seal structure ball valve has an automatic pressure relief function, while the double seal structure ball valve has an additional pressure relief device on the valve body for pressure relief.
• Sealed emergency rescue function: The valve is designed with an auxiliary valve seat emergency sealing system. Once the sealing surface is damaged, emergency rescue can be carried out by injecting the corresponding sealant through the auxiliary sealing system. If necessary, the valve seat area can also be flushed and lubricated through the auxiliary system.
• Anti static device: When operating the valve, static charges will be generated due to friction between the ball seats and accumulate in the ball rows. • Valve body relief device: A discharge valve can be installed on the valve body of the ball valve according to customer device requirements. Once both ends of the valve are closed, the accumulated pressure in the valve chamber can be discharged and relieved through the discharge valve of the valve body.
