The Q941F-16C Electric American Standard Stainless Steel Two-piece U-shaped High Platform Ball Valve is a new type of capping high platform ball valve assembled by Ruiward Company using hot melt adhesive casting technology to assemble the valve body, valve cover, and ball body in accordance with the standards of the Ministry of Machinery. The high level ball valve can be manually operated or installed on an ISO capping direct platform with pneumatic or electric control mechanisms, and has significant advantages such as easy installation and material saving; The valve seat adopts an elastic sealing structure, which is reliable in sealing and easy to open and close; Equipped with fire-resistant structure, reliable operation and good sealing performance; Equipped with anti-static structure to eliminate the influence of static electricity; A 90 ° switch with a hole positioning piece is set up, which can be locked as needed to prevent accidental operation. Suitable for various pipelines with Class 150, PN 1.0~2.5MPa, working temperature of 29~180 ℃ (sealing ring is reinforced polytetrafluoroethylene) or 29~300 ℃ (sealing ring is para polystyrene), used to cut off or connect media in pipelines. Different materials are selected and can be applied to various media such as water, steam, oil, nitric acid, acetic acid, oxidative media, urea, etc.

Elastic valve seat design, with elastic contact between the valve seat and the sphere, strong sealing performance, controllable sealing pressure ratio, providing elastic avoidance for the sphere to rotate, uniform operating torque without jamming, and smoother switching.
The unique valve body structure is organically combined with the valve seat and sphere. When the valve is fully open or fully closed, the sealing surfaces of the sphere and valve seat are completely isolated from the medium, which will not cause erosion of the valve sealing surface and has a longer service life.
The sunken cover design allows for adjustable compression of the packing portion, making maintenance more convenient.
