Product Overview

The Q61H-A105 American standard three piece forged steel ball valve is cast using advanced technology, featuring a reasonable structure and aesthetic appearance. The valve seat adopts an elastic sealing structure, ensuring reliable sealing and easy opening and closing. The valve stem adopts a bottom-loading structure with a reverse seal, so that the valve stem will not be ejected when the valve cavity experiences abnormal pressure rise. The two-piece and three-piece ball valves are available in butt welding (BW) and socket welding (SW) connection types, and both can be equipped with international standard ISO bracket platforms and locking devices. A 90° switch positioning mechanism can be set up, and locks can be added as needed to prevent misoperation. The driving modes include manual, electric, and pneumatic.

Performance Characteristics

The fluid resistance is low, and the full-bore internal thread ball valve has almost no flow resistance.
Simple structure, small size, and light weight.
It is tight and reliable. It has two sealing surfaces, and the sealing surface material of the ball valve widely uses various plastics, with good sealing performance, capable of achieving complete sealing. It has also been widely used in vacuum systems.
Easy to operate, quick to open and close, and easy to control from a distance, as it only requires a 90° rotation from fully open to fully closed.
Maintenance is convenient. The structure of the ball valve is simple, and the sealing rings are generally removable, making disassembly and replacement relatively easy.
When fully opened or fully closed, the sealing surface between the ball and the valve seat is isolated from the medium, so the medium passing through will not cause erosion to the valve sealing surface.
Wide range of applications, with diameters ranging from a few millimeters to several meters, and suitable for use from high vacuum to high pressure.
Due to the wiping nature of ball valves during the opening and closing process, they can be used in media containing suspended solid particles.
