The Q44F-16P stainless steel 120 º equal three-way reversing flange ball valve is a novel valve design featuring three connecting ports arranged at 120° to each other. This valve effectively addresses the connection challenges associated with 120° angles, and can also be customized to achieve a 135° angle between two holes according to customer requirements, thus facilitating flow direction switching for our medium. Depending on the operating conditions, the ball valve and valve seat sealing can utilize various advanced techniques such as soft sealing, spray welding of nickel-based alloy (hardness greater than HRC60), ultrasonic tungsten-cobalt alloy coating (hardness greater than HRC70), and specialized hardening materials, making it suitable for a wide range of demanding applications. Soft sealing is suitable for operating conditions below 200°C, while hard sealing carbon steel is suitable for temperatures up to 425°C and stainless steel up to 500°C.
