The Q11F-800LBP two-piece American standard internal thread high-pressure forged steel ball valve is a high-pressure micro ball valve developed by Tollos Valve Company. It utilizes a round forged steel body and cover that are precisely machined by CNC technology, organically combined with an elastic sealing seat. The solid core ball rotates along the axis of the valve stem to achieve the opening and closing function. The sealing surface and spherical surface are usually in a closed state and are not easily corroded by the medium, ensuring reliable sealing. It adopts sealing ring materials such as polytetrafluoroethylene, which have self-lubricating properties, long service life, and low friction coefficient between the sealing parts and the ball. The valve is easy to open and close, easy to operate, and easy to maintain. It is widely used in the chemical, petroleum, natural gas, and metallurgical industries.
